Management of cultural projects / Chisinau, 13 May – 25 June 2014

Oberliht Association in collaboration with Warsztaty Kultury in Lublin in coopeartion with independent cultural organisations and Nataša Platform organised a series of workshops dedicated to cultural managemnent.

The workshops were dedicated to people who are interested and eager to learn how do a cultural project, the focus being on collaborative project development and building sustainable partnerships, cultural advocacy, management of independet cultural centres and projects in rural areas.

Workshops schedule:

13 – 15 May 2014 Collaborative Project Development Tools with Darius Polok (MisOst, Germany)

3rd June 2014 Management of cultural projects in rural areas with Olha Reiter and Valentyna Zalevska (Wiz Art, Ukraine).

10 – 11 June 2014 Management of independent art and cultural centres withn Corina Bucea (Brush Factory, Romania), Dusan Dobias and Katarina Gatialova (Stanica, Slovakia)

24 – 25 June 2014 Advocating cultural changes with Raluca Pop (CubicMetre – resources for culture Association, Romania)  and Yaroslav Minkin and  Anna Ostafiychuk (Literature association STAN, Ukraine)

This event was organized in the frame of the EU project SPACES. The SPACES project is financed by the European Union through the Eastern Partnership Culture Programme. Additionally, it receives support from Warsztaty Kultury in Lublin and MitOst, Berlin under Nataša Platform.

SPACES (Sustainable Public Areas for Culture in Eastern Countries) project assembles artists and cultural workers in four Eastern partner countries, Armenia, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine, who aim at reflecting societal issues in the public realm of their city. It also aims at strengthening the independent art and culture scene.
